I have had a great experience with Jonathan, Adriana and Clara, who are all very professional and friendly. They made sure I had the best experience possible and really care about my well-being. I have had an excellent experience at Richmond Cosmetic & Laser Clinic. The staff is warm and welcoming, and they make sure I’m comfortable when I’m there. Dr. Vahid has a great eye for injections to give a very natural result and he shows me exactly how much I need in terms of fillers and Botox.
Unfortunately, there was an incident where the doctor posted my email correspondence to him in this review section, which is a breach of patient/doctor confidentiality. He threatened me with legal action, which he later removed after I filed a complaint. This is poor service, and I would not recommend this clinic.

I got a Bella Ache Peel facial which was done professionally and made my skin supple and hydrated. The only downside was that no attention was given to my neck and collarbone area during the facial, which is an essential part of the facial.

My experience at Renew Skin Clinic was terrible. The customer service was unprofessional and lacked hospitality. When I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment, I was denied the opportunity to fill out a basic form that I had missed and was instead offered to reschedule. I was in such shock and disbelief that I decided to walk out. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had an unfortunate experience at Queen Laser Center. She didn’t have the proper laser for my type of hair and didn’t tell me until months later and my skin became worrisome. She told me the laser would work, but then mentioned it may not be strong enough after the damage, leaving me with no results from my money.

I recently visited 67 Degrees Cosmetic Clinic and had a great experience. The staff were knowledgeable and very friendly. They took the time to examine my skin and gave me suggestions about the process. I had to postpone my purchase for the day but am planning on returning soon. My girlfriend even said that I looked 20 years old!
My appointment was not smooth. They told me that the product I was supposed to use was all used up due to walk-in clients, leaving me feeling a bit frustrated.
