Victoria Park Medispa Winnipeg is led by Dr. Minuk, a Board-Certified Dermatologist in both Canada and the USA. He completed his medical school at the University of Manitoba and his dermatology residency training at the University of Ottawa and Michigan. In 1989, he opened his dermatology practice in Winnipeg, and started providing aesthetic non-surgical services several years later. In 1993, he became the first doctor to bring a skin laser into Manitoba to treat port-wine stain birthmarks. To this day, Dr. Minuk maintains a laser operative surgical slate four times a year at the Western Surgery Centre to provide treatment for port wine stains with his pulse dye laser.
