Formerly the Outaouais Cutaneous Laser Institute – Dr. Jacques Charbonneau, a pioneering laser and injectable clinic in the country, the clinic joined the Victoria Park medispas family in 2019. Since then, 3 doctors passionate about aesthetic medicine run the clinic: Dr Charles Étienne Ferron, plastic surgeon, Dr David Stitt, family doctor, as well as Dr Anne-Marie Pion, plastic surgeon.
Dr. Charles Étienne Ferron is a plastic surgeon certified by the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada and a member of the Collège des Médecins du Québec. He obtained his medical degree from the University of Ottawa before completing his plastic surgery residency at the University of Montreal in 2010. Dr. Ferron then completed a subspecialty in reconstructive surgery of the hand and upper extremities at the prestigious Kaplan Hand Institute in Barcelona, Spain .
