I had a great experience at Renew Skin Clinic. Yvonne was knowledgeable and gentle and checked in with me throughout my session. She customized my facial to my skin needs and did not push products. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

My experience at Renew Skin Clinic was terrible. The customer service was unprofessional and lacked hospitality. When I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment, I was denied the opportunity to fill out a basic form that I had missed and was instead offered to reschedule. I was in such shock and disbelief that I decided to walk out. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
