Heights Laser Centre was founded in 2005 by board certified physician Dr. Perhez Jaffer, with the goal of providing natural looking results. Dr. Jaffer’s philosophy is that medical aesthetics treatments should be discrete, so that friends and family will simply comment that the patient looks refreshed, not knowing about the treatment unless the patient chooses to tell them.
